Property Prices In Clare Largely Unchanged

Property prices in Clare remain largely unchanged with the average price of a property in the county now 190,000 euro.

However, according to a survey carried out by the Irish Independent, that’s expected to rise by 3% to 195,000 euro in the year ahead.

A four-bed semi in the county town will cost 220,000 euro and that’s expected to rise by around 5,000 euro in the next 12 months, while in more rural areas – a four bedroom bungalow will also cost you 220,000 euro.
