Cratloe manager Alan Neville is confident his side won’t be suffering any hangover from their loss in the football championship ahead of this weekends Clare Senior Hurling Final.

The south east Clare men saw their pursuit of Jack Daly come to an end last Sunday at the hands of Miltown and now turn their focus to Sunday’s showdown with Ballyea.

The majority of the team that will line out for Cratloe are dual players but it’s understood there are no new injury concerns after last weekend.

Neville says there’s enough experience in the squad to deal with the quick turnaround.

Meanwhile Ballyea captain Tony Kelly feels they have been making steady progress throughout the championship as they prepare for a second final in the last three years.

Kevin Sheehan’s men remain the only unbeaten side in the race for the Canon with victories over Whitegate, Inagh/Kilnamona and O’Callaghans Mills.

They also beat Cratloe in Round Two with a high scoring game going all the way to extra time.

Kelly says that victory sparked belief that they could reclaim their title.
