Health Minister Claims HSE Needs To Be Scrapped

The Health Minister claims the HSE needs to be scrapped and replaced with a slimmed down body.

Simon Harris has outlined an 8 point plan to an Oireachtas Committee today.

It largely involves giving more power around day to day services to Hospital Groups and Community Health Organisations.
