Eric Trump has said he was touched by the support of people from throughout West Clare who have backed his resort’s plans for coastal protection works.
The US President’s son has been speaking to Clare FM days after 350 people attended a public meeting in support of their planned works at Doughmore Beach, adjacent to the Trump golf course.
The planning application for the works is still being considered by Clare County Council, who have sought further information, and the Trumps have said further investments there are contingent on getting the green light.
