Reigning champions Kilmurry Ibrickane and last years beaten finalists Cratloe are both safely through to the last 8 of the championship.

Kilmurry had a comfortable victory over O’Currys while Cratloe were impressive winners against Eire Óg.

Cooraclare are also into the quarter finals as they beat Doonbeg for the third time in the last four years.

Lissycasey and Clondegad will have to it all over again after they couldn’t be seperated after extra time.

The third round draw will see Eire Óg, O’Currys, Doonbeg and the losers of Clondegad v Lissycasey in one pot, while Corofin, St Josephs, Ennistymon and Miltown will be in the other.
