Clare will feature in the Munster Senior and Minor Hurling Finals in the same year for the first time since 1997.

The Banner’s minor side booked their place in the provincial decider after beating Limerick 0-19 to 0-17 in a game that went all the way to extra time.

Two late points from Gary Cooney edged Clare in front as the game edged toward it’s conclusion, with a date against either Tipperary or Cork awaiting them on July 9th in Thurles.
