Doonbeg have a number of injury concerns ahead of this weekends crucial Clare Senior Football Championship clash with Miltown.

Eoin Conway and Colm Dillon are both major doubts ahead of the game with the winners booking their spot in this years quarter finals.

The Magpies overcame Corofin with a battling display in Round One while Miltown were comfortable winners over Wolfe Tones.

Doonbeg selector Declan Griffin says their squad will be stretched this weekend.

Meanwhile one of the standout ties sees 2014 champions Cratloe take on last years beaten finalists Clondegad.

It’s the second time 7 days that a number of these players will come face to face after Ballyea overcame the south east Clare men in the hurling championship last weekend.

The Ballynacally based side eased past the challenge of Doora Barefield on the opening day while Cratloe did likewise against Kilmihil.

Clondegad boss Michael Hehir says they’re pleased with how things have gone so far this year.
