Restaurants and pubs that serve food will reopen today as part of the government’s plan for exiting level 5 COVID-19 restrictions.
Indoor dining will be allowed – however with extra measures and only pubs with a kitchen on-site can welcome back customers.
People are being advised to pre-book a table for a meal.
Dermot Fetton, owner of Henry’s Bistro and Wine Bar in Ennis, says they are fully booked each weekend until Christmas.
