Clare Chief Superintendent Issues Warning Over Ennis Feud

The head of the Clare Garda Division is warning that someone will be “killed” if violent feuding among traveller families doesn’t stop.

Chief Superintendent John Kerin has made his appeal in the wake of an incident earlier this month, when a teenage boy was attacked by men with a slash hook.

Recent days have seen further violent incidents in which property was damaged, with a total of six people arrested and charged in relation to them.
