Claims That New Grants For B&Bs Won’t Go Far Enough To Sustain Business

A member of Doolin Tourism claims a new grant for B & Bs won’t go far enough to sustain businesses into next year.

Those who’ve been struggling during the pandemic are being given a cash injection from today, with Restart Grant Plus grants of up 4,000 euro each announced to help them open safely and re-employ workers.

Failte Ireland says many B & Bs have lost up to 80 to 90 per cent of their business due to the pandemic.
