Calls are being made for more resources to be allocated to tackling illegal encampments and dumping in this county.
Deputy Mayor of Ennis Ann Norton believes more funding is needed to enforce existing laws, and she feels the problem is increasing in Clare.
The Council says everything possible is being done with the current resources – and that they must follow procedure.
