NEW HOUSEMATES FOR BB
Three new housemates will enter the Big Brother house during tonight's live shows. It was supposed to be eviction night, but that's been cancelled because Caoimhe (KEY-VA) unexpectedly quit the show and Keeley was taken to hospital after hurting her ankle. Six potential new contestants will turn up with their bags packed, but only three will be picked to join the reality show.
MASTERING THE NORTHERN ACCENT
Ex-EastEnder Jessie Wallace has confessed she was worried about mastering a northern accent for a drama about rival soap Coronation Street. The actress, who used to play Albert Square's Kat Moon, says she "religiously" watched YouTube footage to get it right. She's been cast as legendary Corrie star Pat Phoenix in a one-off BBC Four special about the birth of the Weatherfield serial.
KNIGHT AND DAY IN LEICESTER SQUARE
Two of the biggest names in Hollywood were in London's Leicester Square last night. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz have teamed up for "Knight and Day" - a light-hearted, secret-agent movie. It might not have gone down too well with the critics, but Cruise still turned on the charm for fans - doing his usual lengthy meet and greet session.
ZETA JONES VISITS CARDIFF HOSPITAL
Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas will bring a touch of Hollywood glamour to Cardiff later. The couple will meet patients and their families when they visit the Children's Hospital for Wales. The actress, who's originally from Swansea, is patron of the hospital's charity, the Noah's Ark Appeal.
