GLEE FULL OF BRITNEY

Glee writer Ryan Murphy says Britney Spears will "kind of" play herself in her
upcoming appearance on the show. It was recently revealed that the popstar will
make a cameo this season in an episode dedicated to her music. He went on to
describe her appearance in the episode as a bit like 'Where's Wally'. Other
stars lined up for a cameo role this season are Sir Paul McCartney and George
Michael.

ROBBIE IS SUCH A JOKER

Robbie Williams proposed to his wife Ayda Field with a pack of cards. The Take That star - who married on Saturday - took four Queens from the pack, wrote 'Will you Marry Me' on them and handed them over. The star has also revealed that guests didn't even know they were turning up to their wedding - it was such a secret affair the congregation actually thought they were attending a party to celebrate Robbie's 20 years in showbusiness.

ELLIE'S WAY

Ellie Goulding says she has no intention of changing the way she makes her records. The singer's debut album - "Lights" - has sold more than 200-thousand copies so far, and she's currently writing a second. Ellie's vowed to once again record it in her bedroom.

LAST OF THE SUMMER LINE

Comedy hit Last of the Summer Wine bows out with simplicity later this month. Bosses have revealed the last line after 295 episodes is simply Peter nervously asking his sidekicks: "Did I lock the door?". The line refers to a long running joke whether the front door is locked. The comedy, set in the Pennines, has been on our screens for 37 years and in its peak attracted 20 million viewers.
