On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, one of the topics that got people talking was an attack on a dog being walked by tourists in East Clare.

The need for progress with the M20 motorway from Limerick to Cork was the topic that opened today’s show. Pat was joined by Senator Kieran O’Donnell who was to hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 19 at the South Court Hotel in Limerick to gather public support for the project.

Health was another topic on the agenda for discussion, with Gavin speaking to the Sinn Féin spokesperson on the issue, Louise O’Reilly.

Tommy Corbett of Carey Corbett in Ennis then joined Pat in studio for his fortnightly advice slot. The topic today was travel insurance and making sure you’re covered when going abroad.

Fr Seán Healy of Social Justice Ireland was Pat’s next guest. Ahead of the launch of the think-tank’s Socio-Economic Review for 2017, Fr Healy told Pat he believes the government needs to do more to create a fairer society.

Monday’s Sports Panel saw Pat joined in studio by Head of Sport Derrick Lynch who analysed all of the weekend’s events, including the actions of Wexford Senior Hurling Manager, Davy Fitzgerald. Listen back below:
