Tuesday was a busy show, with a good mix of news and human interests pieces.

The show began with Gavin’s daily round-up of what’s in the papers, followed by an interview with Senior Executive Engineer with Clare County Council Cyril Feeney and Cillian Murphy of Murphy Black’s Restaurant in Kilkee about the recent swimming ban in Kilkee.

Next up was a piece recorded by Gavin to highlight how scammers from around the globe are preying on vulnerable people by claiming their victims have one money in fake lotteries. Gavin rang one of these ‘lottos’ to determine what types of questions they ask and how they can use these answers for their own benefit.

After the news, Gavin spoke to Money Doctor John Lowe, who answered all of your financial queries and also spoke about how much we should be saving.

Gavin was then joined in studio by Peter O’Donoghue, Dean Power and Richard McGrath. Peter and Dean spoke about their upcoming concert tomorrow (August 2) in St. Colomba’s Church, Ennis before performing a beautiful duet, accompanied by Richard on the piano.
