The show opened with a discussion of reductions in spending on Garda overtime. These will be in place until December 4. Chief Supt John Kerin joined Gavin on this issue as well as Cllr Michael Begley from Clonlara.

Then, Gavin was joined by John Hillery, a West Clare psychiatrist who may be running in this constituency for Fianna Fáil.

Barry Aldworth of AA Ireland then discussed why motor fuel prices have risen so sharply lately.

Then, Gavin met Kilnamona native Oonagh O’Keeffe who is setting up a support group for the survivors of sexual abuse, STOP (Sexual Trauma Overcoming Powerlessness). She was joined in studio by counsellor for the group, Tatjana Simakova. Listen back below:

Pat Neville from Kilkishen then joined the show to discuss the 12 O’Clock Hills Restoration and Heritage Project.

Claire Connellan, Director of the Londubh Choir joined Gavin in studio alongside Fr Pat Moloney, PP of Clarecastle to chat about a special collaboration with the Celtic Ensemble to raise funds for the Children’s Grief Centre in Limerick. That special concert take place at 7.30pm in Clarecastle Church on Sunday (Dec 3).
