Morning Focus – Monday 18/09/17

The first edition of Morning Focus this week got off to a lively start, with a mix of news, comment and analysis and an interview with an East Clare man combatting cancer.

Cllr Alan O’Callaghan of Sixmilebridge opened the show when he told Gavin of his concerns that people are taking their lives in their hands by checking and posting to their social media accounts while driving.

The show then heard from Dublin TD Josepha Madigan who has drafted a bill on reducing the waiting time for divorces to two years. That’s to be the subject of a referendum, with a likely date in November 2018.
