First on the show, Gavin spoke to Dr Gerry Burke, who is among the Clinical Directors at UHL who have penned a letter which describes the overcrowding conditions at the facility and says more funding is needed to increase bed capacity and staffing levels to tackle the problem. Catch up below:
Clare FM’s Head of Operations joined Gavin in studio next to talk about the documentary Soldier in a Bog, which airs this bank holiday Monday. Historian Padraig Óg Ruairc will also be on air talking about the British soldier who was found buried in a West Clare bog.
Then on the show, Orla Vaughan from Vaughan’s Barn in Kilfenora is on air to tell us about how the Brennan brothers, as seen on the TV show At Your Service helped revamp her business.
