The show opened with reaction to news this week that Eir has pulled out of the tender process for the National Broadband Plan. Gavin heard from Burren Yoga Retreat Centre owner Dave Brocklebank and from Louise McGuane of Chapel Gate Whiskey in Cooraclare.

Then, Gavin was joined by Ray O’Driscoll, MD of Shannon Commercial Properties on the announcement that it’s stepping up the pace of its €40 million investment in state-of-the-art property solutions at the Shannon Free Zone. Listen back below:

After that, Tubber native Niamh Baker joined Gavin to discuss her efforts to get on the property ladder and her anger at Leo Varadkar’s recent suggestions that people should look to their parents for deposits for homes.

Then, Morning Focus Producer Fiona McGarry joined Gavin in studio to conclude the investigative series on Keeping Kids out of Crime.

Siobhán Mulcahy, Clare County Arts Officer, joined Gavin for her weekly Arts update and then Tracy Guilfoyle joined the show to preview the Love 2 Run Charity 4-Mile Run Walk, taking place on February 10 at the Heart Health Fitness Studio, Centrepoint, Ennis.
