Morning Focus – Friday 01/11/19

Friday’s Morning Focus welcomed the Panel to studio to discuss all of the news of the week.

This included the visit of Shane Ross, the transport minister, to Shannon. Gavin’s panel was made up of Bernadette Kenny (CEO of Bluebox Children’s Charity), Margaret O’Brien (CEO of Ennis Chamber of Commerce) and Michael Vaughan (Lahinch Hotelier and former President of the Irish Hotels Federation).

The show opened with an exclusive interview with the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. Shane Ross was in Clare to visit Shannon Airport, among other engagements.

Then Gavin heard about the Irish Foster Care Association National Conference taking place this weekend at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Limerick.

After that, he was joined by Joe Sheahan from Askeaton who told him about the start of the St Leger at Limerick Greyhound Stadium tomorrow (Saturday, November 2).
