Hi ya,

Spend the last 2 mornings in Clare FM's Sky Studios in Shannon where a great time was had by all. Back @ base today, catching up on all that forgotten and overlooked paperwork.

Been in the office since 9.30am and still haven't defrosted yet. I love the colder weather but can never keep as warm as I'd like too.

If you haven't already done so, take a trip down your local main street, and try and avoid tripping over various Valentine's Day promotions and offers, flowers, hearts, chocolates, cards. You name it, if it has a heart shaped design, symbol or graphic, chances are it's vying for your attention.
