Brexit Main Fear for Hauliers

The Clare President of the Irish Road Haulage Association says Brexit remains the looming threat for hauliers, rather than COVID-19.

Eugene Drennan, says that the movement of goods in Ireland has been relatively unaffected by the coronavirus restrictions, in part due to the government’s declaration of all goods entering Ireland to be essential.

850,000 loads are transported between Ireland and the UK every year.
