The investors behind the largest private property deal in Clare in recent years are hoping to add thousands of jobs in this county once they’re up and running.
Fine Grain Property has purchased the 40-acre Wespark Business Campus in Shannon for in excess of €50 million.
The campus, which was established in 2005 by Brian and Bridget O’Connell, is already home to more than 50 companies and over 2,000 workers.

Westpark also has planning permission for a 300,000 square foot extension of office space.
