Weather Conditions Lead To Widespread GAA Fixture Postponements

Weather conditions have led to the cancelling of a number of fixtures this afternoon.

Clare’s National Camogie League clash with Waterford is among them after the pitch in Clonlara was deemed to be unplayable.

The O’Byrne Cup Final has also fallen foul of the conditions along with a number of club fixtures across the country.

There’s been a number of changes to this afternoons Fitzgibbon Cup fixtures.

Champions Mary I take on IT Carlow at 3pm on the 4G surface in Heywood Co Laois while the 4G pitch in UL sees the home side host DIT at 3.15pm.

The National Games Development Centre in Abbotstown is the venue for the clash of NUIG and Trinity at 4pm.
