The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is urging the Banner to support their blood donor clinic in North Clare today.
A clinic will be held at the Falls Hotel in Ennistymon from 5pm to 8pm this evening, with anyone over 18 invited to donate.
With only 5% of the population regularly donating, providing blood for a population of almost 4 million, IBTS says new donors are always needed.
